# Task-Manager

Im Task-Manager werden laufende Programme und Prozesse verwaltet.

## Zahlungsplanlauf

In den offenen Posten können Zahlungspläne mit Fälligkeitsdaten und Beträgen verwaltet werden. Der **automatische Zahlungsplanlauf** startet **standardmäßig täglich um 1.30 Uhr**. Dabei werden alle vorhandene Zahlungspläne geprüft. Wenn eine Fälligkeit erreicht ist, wird automatisch eine Zahlungsplanbuchung ausgelöst.

Im **Task-Manager** kann über den Tasks **“Verbuchen der Zahlungsplanbuchungen”** im **Reiter “Stammdaten”** eingesehen werden, wann die letzte und nächste Ausführung stattfindet. Dort kann z.B. auch die Startuhrzeit angepasst werden.

Ein **manueller Zahlungsplanlauf** erzeugt einen Benutzertask (Infoleiste/Benutzer/Benutzertask). Von dort aus kann direkt in den Task-Manager verzweigt werden.

Die Protokolle sowohl für den automatischen als auch für den manuellen Zahlungsplanlaufs werden ebenfalls im Task-Manager im **Reiter “Ausführungen”** dokumentiert.
