# Modul Mahnung-Listen

Mit dem Modul Mahnungen-Listen erstellst Du in VARIO Cloud Reporte für die Ausgabe von Mahnungen. Hier erfährst Du, wie es geht.

Im **Reiter „Mahnung-Listen“** verwaltest Du die Reporte für die **Ausgabe von Mahnungen**. Wie Du **Reporte** und **Reportgruppen** anlegst und bearbeitest, erklären wir Dir exemplarisch im [Modul Belegdruck](/vario-cloud-handbuch/system/ausgabe/modul-belegdruck.md).

## Was wird mitgeliefert?

Die Standard-Reportgruppe **„Mahnung“** enthält zwei **Systemvorgaben**: die **„Druck-Vorlage“** (Reporttyp Formular) für Vorschau, Druck und Download sowie eine **Mail-Vorlage** (Reporttyp Benachrichtigung) mit Betreff und Text für den Versand per E-Mail.

## Wo werden Mahnungen ausgegeben?

Unter [Finanzen/Mahnwesen](/vario-cloud-handbuch/finanzen/mahnwesen.md#drucken-des-mahnlaufs) druckst oder versendest Du den **gesamten Mahnlauf**, **einzelne Mahnungen** oder eine **Auswahl** von Mahnungen. Auch aus dem **offenen Posten** heraus und aus [Skripten](/vario-cloud-handbuch/system/skripte.md#skripte-und-ausgabe) lassen sich Mahnungen ausgeben. Das Modul unterstützt die Ausgabetypen **Vorschau**, **Druck**, **E-Mail**, **Datei-Export** und **Nur Archiv**.

## Drucker und E-Mail-Empfänger

* Den **Drucker** legst Du über eine [Ausgaberegel](/vario-cloud-handbuch/einstellungen/einstellungen-allgemein/ausgabe.md#bereich-ausgaberegeln) mit **Ausgabetyp PRINT** und **Modul Mahnung-Listen** fest. Der Druck eines ganzen Mahnlaufs läuft als Task im Hintergrund und braucht deshalb zwingend einen Druckserver aus [VARIO Local Link](/vario-cloud-handbuch/grundlagen-and-konzepte/vario-local-link.md#drucker).
* Den **E-Mail-Empfänger** einer Mahnung nimmt VARIO Cloud aus den [Ausgaberegeln der Adresse](/vario-cloud-handbuch/adressen/weitere-reiter-in-adressen.md#reiter-ausgaberegeln) (Zusätzliche Ausgabe, Typ E-Mail) für das Modul Mahnung-Listen. Fehlt eine Regel, fragt Dich VARIO Cloud beim Versand einer einzelnen Mahnung nach den Empfängern („Individuelle Empfängerauswahl“). Für **automatisierte Ausgaben** mit dem Ausgabetyp SYSTEM steuert die **Kontaktarten-Priorisierung** der allgemeinen E-Mail-Regel, welcher Kontakt der Adresse genommen wird.
* Ob eine Mahnung automatisch versendet wird oder in Deinem E-Mail-Programm geöffnet wird, hängt vom **Konsumenten** der E-Mail-Regel ab, siehe [Bereich Konsumenten](/vario-cloud-handbuch/einstellungen/einstellungen-allgemein/ausgabe.md#bereich-konsumenten).
