# Modul Kundenverträge

Im VARIO Cloud Handbuch erfährst Du, wie Du Reporte für Kundenverträge erstellst und deren Druck- sowie Mailversand mit JasperReport gestaltest.

Im **Reiter „Kundenverträge“** verwaltest Du die Reporte für [**Verträge**](/vario-cloud-handbuch/verkauf/vertrage.md). Die Standard-Reportgruppe **„Kundenvertrag“** enthält zwei **Systemvorgaben**: die **„Druck-Vorlage“** (Reporttyp Formular) für Druck und Download und eine **Mail-Vorlage** (Reporttyp Benachrichtigung) für den Versand per E-Mail. Wie Du Reporte anlegst und bearbeitest, erklären wir Dir exemplarisch im [Modul Belegdruck](/vario-cloud-handbuch/system/ausgabe/modul-belegdruck.md).

Die Regeln eines Vertragsreports entsprechen den **Beleg Print Regeln**: Belegtyp-Gruppe, Belegtyp(-en), Fakturierungsart und Standorte.

Für ein eigenes Vertragslayout lädst Du in einen neuen Report vom Typ Formular ein **JasperReports-Template** hoch. Ohne eigenes Template gibt die mitgelieferte Druck-Vorlage nur die Grunddaten des Vertrags aus. Eigene **Textbausteine** legst Du über **„+ Text“** an und trägst ihren **Schlüssel** im Template ein.
