# Modul Kassen

Kassenbons in VARIO Cloud verwalten: Reporte anlegen, bearbeiten und nach Beleg- oder Geschäftsbeziehungstyp filtern – im VARIO Cloud Handbuch.

Im **Reiter „Kassen“** verwaltest Du die Reporte für **Kassenbons**. Die Standard-Reportgruppe **„Kassenbon“** enthält eine **Systemvorgabe**. Mit **„+ Report“** legst Du weitere Reporte an, z. B. einen Bon mit eigenem Logo als Kopie der Systemvorgabe. Wie Du Reporte anlegst und bearbeitest, erklären wir Dir exemplarisch im [Modul Belegdruck](/vario-cloud-handbuch/system/ausgabe/modul-belegdruck.md).

Im **Bereich „Kassenbon Print Regeln“** legst Du fest, für welche Bons ein Report gilt:

| Feld                          | Bedeutung                                                                  |
| ----------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Belegtyp(-en)**             | Die Kassenbelegarten, z. B. Kassenquittung oder Kassenretoure.             |
| **Geschäftsbeziehungs-Typen** | Der Report gilt nur für Kunden dieser Geschäftsbeziehungstypen, z. B. B2B. |

## Bondrucker und Kassenschublade

Den **Bondrucker** legst Du über eine [Ausgaberegel](/vario-cloud-handbuch/einstellungen/einstellungen-allgemein/ausgabe.md#bereich-ausgaberegeln) mit dem **Ausgabetyp PRINT** und dem **Modul Kassen** fest. Als Konsument wählst Du den Druckserver aus [VARIO Local Link](/vario-cloud-handbuch/grundlagen-and-konzepte/vario-local-link.md#drucker). In der **Konsumenteinstellung** kannst Du zusätzlich **„Kassenschublade öffnen“** wählen, wenn an Deinem Bondrucker eine Kassenschublade angeschlossen ist. Mit dem Filter **Standorte** oder mit **Ausgabepräferenzen** in den Benutzereinstellungen ordnest Du jeder Kasse ihren eigenen Drucker zu.
