# DATEV-Format

Um in VARIO Cloud einen CSV-Export für die FiBu-Übergabe im DATEV durchführen zu können, musst Du Dir zunächst unsere DATEV-APP im App-Store herunterladen. Weitere Informationen zu unseren Apps findest Du [hier](https://help.vario-software.de/vario-cloud-handbuch/vario-cloud-handbuch/vario-apps/).

Unter [**“Einstellungen-> Finanzen-> Finanzbuchhaltung”**](https://help.vario-software.de/vario-cloud-handbuch/vario-cloud-handbuch/einstellungen/finanzen/#Reiter-Finanzbuchhaltung) im Bereich **FiBu-Export Apps** musst Du dann einige Parameter und Stammdaten hinterlegen.

## Einstellungen der DATEV App

### Bereich Parameter

In diesem Abschnitt kannst Du Standardtexte für Buchungen definieren, die bei der FiBu-Übergabe automatisch eingesetzt werden. Die Texte werden dabei belegartbezogen hinterlegt.

**Toggle: Leistungsdatum beachten**

Wenn aktiviert, orientiert sich das Leistungsdatum sowie die Steuerperiode bei der Übergabe an DATEV am Leistungs- oder Lieferdatum des Dokuments (z. B. Rechnung, Gutschrift).

Diese Einstellung ist besonders wichtig bei periodengerechter Buchhaltung, da sie das steuerlich relevante Datum bestimmt.

### Bereich Stammdaten

Hier müssen einige grundlegende Informationen für die Kommunikation mit DATEV hinterlegt werden:

* **Beraternummer:** Diese erhältst Du von der DATEV.
* **Mandantennummer:** Die spezifische Nummer Deines Mandanten.
* **Beginn des Wirtschaftsjahres:** Startdatum des aktuellen Geschäftsjahres, z. B. 01.01.2025.
* **Sachkontenlänge:** Die Länge der Sachkonten, z. B. 4
* **Rechnungslegungszweck:** Freitextfeld in der DATEV ohne technische Funktion, rein informativ.

**Weitere Optionen**

**Festschreibung:** Aktiviert den Schutz vor nachträglichen Änderungen oder Löschungen von FiBu-Buchungen nach der Übergabe.
