# Tags

In diesem Bereich legst Du farbige Etiketten mit individuellen Schlagworten an. Diese **Tags** kannst Du später in **Adressen**, **Artikeln**, **Belegen**, **Offenen Posten** und im **CRM-Bereich** verwenden.

Zusätzlich kannst Du Tags **Gruppen** zuordnen. So werden sie in den Anwendungsbereichen übersichtlicher angezeigt.

### Tags

Über **„+Tag“** legst Du neue Tags an.

**Bedeutung der Felder:**

* **Bezeichnung:** Schlagwort aus alphanumerischen Zeichen
* **Verwendungstyp:** z. B. Adresse, Artikel, Aufgaben, Beleg, CRM/DMS, Deals, DMS, Offener Posten oder Projekte
* **Allgemein:** Der Tag wird in **allen** Bereichen angeboten
* **Farbe:** Individuelle Farbe über das Symbol der Farbkarte
* **Tag-Gruppe:** Sortiert Tags in Gruppen. Ohne Zuordnung werden sie unter **„ohne Gruppierung“** gelistet

Im **C-Unit** findest Du alle angelegten Tags auf einen Blick.

### Anwendungsbeispiel

Im Bearbeitungsmodus einer Adresse werden unter **„Tags bearbeiten“** die Tags angeboten, die dem Verwendungstyp **„Adresse“** oder **„Allgemein“** zugeordnet wurden.

Mit Anwahl werden Tags übernommen. Mit erneuter Anwahl werden sie wieder entfernt.

Dann erscheinen die hinzugefügten Tags im Reiter **Stammdaten** der Adresse.

### Tag-Gruppen

Über **„+Tag-Gruppe“** legst Du individuelle Gruppierungen an, z. B. **Aufgaben**, **Besonderheiten** oder **Zahlungsmoral**.

So werden alle zugeordneten Tags in den jeweiligen Bereichen unter dieser Gruppe angezeigt.
