# Gesamtumsatzstatistik

Mit Hilfe dieser Auswertung erhältst Du eine Übersicht über Deine gesamten **Umsätze**, aufgeteilt nach **Monaten im Wirtschaftsjahr** sowie Vergleich über mehrere Jahre. Dabei werden alle **finanzrelevanten Belege** wie Rechnungen, Lieferschein/Rechnungen, Schlussrechnungen (mit Abschlags-, und Anzahlungsrechnung) sowie Rechnungskorrekturen und Stornorechnungen berücksichtigt. Der Umsatz fließt direkt bei Belegerstellung in die Statistik.

Über die Standardfiltern „**Datum von**“ und „**Datum bis**“ kannst Du den Auswertungszeitraum individuell eingrenzen. Zusätzlich kannst Du per Selektion eigene Filterkriterien definieren und die Darstellung an Deine Anforderungen anpassen. **Die Bedeutung der Spalten:**

* **WJ-Monat:** Zeigt den Monat innerhalb des Wirtschaftsjahres (z.B. 1= erster Monat des Wirtschaftsjahres
* **Monat:** Gibt den Namen des Kalendermonats an
* **Jahr (Umsatz €):** Zeigt den Verkaufswert in Euro = **Verkaufspreis (Netto)-Rabatte**
* **Jahr (Umsatz %):** Zeigt den prozentualen Anteil des Verkaufswert am Gesamtumsatz im ausgewählten Zeitraum
* **Jahr (HSP €):** Zeigt den Ertrag (Handelsspanne) in Euro = **Verkaufswert-Einkaufspreis (EKP)**
* **Jahr (HSP %):** Zeigt den prozentualen Ertrag (Handelsspanne) im Verhältnis zum Verkaufswert.

Über die Auswahl "**Selektion**" kannst Du die Ansicht auch als **Balkendiagramm** darstellen:

Die Gegenüberstellung mehrere Jahre ermöglicht Dir eine schnelle Analyse von Umsatzentwicklung und Erträgen. Besonders hilfreich ist dies zur Identifikation von saisonalen Schwankungen oder zur Bewertung der Wirtschaftlichkeit einzelner Zeiträume.
