# Versandkostenartikel

Anleitung zum Anlegen eines Versandkostenartikels als Grundlage für Lieferbedingungen und Versandkosten in Belegen.

Für die Erstellung einer [**Lieferbedingung**](/vario-cloud-handbuch/einstellungen/einstellungen-lager/lieferungsmodalitaten.md#lieferbedingungen) ist ein **Artikel** „**Versandkosten**“ notwendig. Erfasse hierzu im Artikelstamm einen neuen Artikel mit der Artikelbezeichnung und Artikelart „Versandkosten“.

Für den Versandkostenartikel gelten dieselben Einstellungen wie für jeden anderen Artikel: Ob die Versandkosten [**skontierbar**](/vario-cloud-handbuch/artikel/artikelstammdaten.md#bereich-verwaltung) oder rabattierbar sind, legst Du über die entsprechenden Toggles im Artikelstamm des Versandkostenartikels fest. Die Lieferbedingung bestimmt nur die Höhe der Versandkosten, nicht deren Skonto- oder Rabattfähigkeit.

## Häufige Fragen

### Sind Frachtkosten skontofähig?

Ja, wenn der zugrunde liegende Versandkostenartikel als **„skontierbar“** markiert ist. Ist der Toggle deaktiviert, werden die Frachtkosten bei der Berechnung des Skontobetrags nicht berücksichtigt, was zu einer Differenz zum Gesamtbetrag führen kann.

### Warum kann ich einen Versandkostenartikel nicht löschen?

Ist ein Versandkostenartikel in einer [**Lieferbedingung**](/vario-cloud-handbuch/einstellungen/einstellungen-lager/lieferungsmodalitaten.md#lieferbedingungen) hinterlegt, lässt er sich nicht löschen, da das Feld **„Versandkostenartikel“** dort ein Pflichtfeld ist. Lege in diesem Fall zuerst einen neuen Versandkostenartikel an, stelle die betroffenen Lieferbedingungen auf diesen neuen Artikel um und lösche anschließend den alten Versandkostenartikel.
